FORT WORTH, Texas (May 1, 2023) – Alliance Aviation Services, the fixed-base operator (FBO) at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW), was among the top 20 percent of service providers in the 2023 AIN FBO Survey: The Americas.
AIN readers evaluated thousands of FBOs they visited in the last 12 months in five categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service representatives (CSRs).
Alliance Aviation Services moved into a new facility in January 2023 that encompasses more than 20,000 square feet of highly-amenitized lounges and meeting facilities along with an additional 68,000 square feet of attached hangar space. Alliance Aviation Services now has six hangars totaling approximately 200,000 square feet to support the growing fleet of based aircraft. The new space allows for additional, first-class accommodations for flight crews, as well as more flexible, spacious lounges for pilots and passengers. Outdoor seating with ramp views has been integrated into the landscape as well. The 13901 Aviator Way building offers hangar space and premium office space for lease.
AIN specifically recognized Alliance Aviation Services for its passenger amenities in the FBO survey.
“Alliance Aviation Services at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport executes the highest level of customer care, so passengers, pilots and crew members have a one-of-a-kind experience thanks to state-of-the-art amenities,” said Christian Childs, president of Alliance Aviation Services. “Since 2017, AIN has named Alliance Aviation Services a top-rated FBO in the south region, and we’re honored to be known as one of the premier destinations for private travel.”
