Fort Worth Business Press: UPS said Aug. 21 it will add two new package distribution facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by November just in time for the holiday season. The new facilities, one located in the Alliance development in far north Fort Worth and the other in McKinney, are expected to bring 500 new jobs to the local economy. “This state-of-the-art UPS facility significantly enhances the logistics platform currently offered at AllianceTexas, especially as e-commerce companies continue to locate their fulfillment centers here,” said Tony Creme, vice president of Hillwood Properties.
