San Francisco Business Times: The Pacific, a 77-unit luxury condominium project in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, could shatter records in the city with prices rising above $3,000 per square foot, The New Fillmore reported. Trumark Urban is developing and building the $158 million project at 2121 Webster St., formerly the University of the Pacific’s dental school. Hillwood is a financial partner in the project. Overall, condo prices increased by 12 percent over the past year in San Francisco, rising to $1,128 per square foot, according to the MarkCompany’s Condominium Pricing Index. See full story.
