Power Brokers 2025: The Top Commercial Real Estate Professionals in North Texas

Exactly one year ago, I attended my first D CEO event. I had just accepted an offer to become the magazine’s new real estate editor, and I attended the company’s 2024 Power Brokers party as an introduction to my new gig.

It was the perfect first impression for what I consider to be the best job in Dallas—covering some of the most motivated, inspirational, and visionary people in North Texas. They are the professionals putting together deals for new corporate headquarters, the latest big data or distribution centers, major retail projects, and more. These are people who know that real estate is a foundational element to the economic ecosystem that defines North Texas as the region continues to evolve.

Each year, D CEO makes it a priority to compile and publish a list of the region’s top commercial real estate brokers. We ask the leaders of North Texas brokerages to tell us who generated the most revenue for their companies in in the previous year. The number of names they are allowed to submit is based on their total number of licensed brokers, with a couple of exceptions for equal partners and smaller firms.

For 2025, executives at nearly 100 firms employing nearly 3,000 brokers participated. Members of this year’s class of D CEO Power Brokers are presented in alphabetical order, by area of specialty.
