Solar technology company Entech Solar Inc. has moved its corporate headquarters from Ewing, N.J., to Fort Worth, where the company last month signed a lease for 71,250 square feet inside the Gateway 23 building at Hillwood’s 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development in far North Fort Worth.
Entech Solar Inc. also said it has changed its name from WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp., (OTCBB: WWAT.OB). Entech Inc., a company that WorldWater acquired, is now a subsidiary of Entech Solar.
Entech makes and sells a combined photovoltaic and thermal concentrating solar systems for commercial and industrial customers.
Last week Entech said it would be using sites near its Alliance lease to test solar modules.
