Electronics retailer Best Buy will become one of the anchor tenants in the 1.5 million-square-foot Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth, a 300-acre retail and mixed-use development at Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway in north Fort Worth.
Best Buy will occupy 30,000 square feet and joins Belk Department Store, JC Penney and Hobby Lobby as anchors. Alliance Town Center, an $800 million project, is a joint development of Trademark Property Co. and Hillwood. The center will have more than 2 million square feet of retail, office, residential and entertainment space and an HCA medical campus.News Article | 4/26/2007
